No Hurry...
No hurry at all

The End Of The Day
Distant showers, the last glow of the sun, and the
feeling that we really are pretty tiny...

Another Swimmer In The Twilight

When beavers are annoyed or wish to scare off something,
they slap their large flat tails against the water.
It works.  This one slapped and dove under.

Swimming In The Twilight

A beaver passes by, swimming in the sunset colors.

A tiny Trillium lights up the path.
Soon there will be more of them.

Perhaps a helping hand....

Beautiful Columbia River Day
What a moment!  The barge, Mt. St. Helens in the background,
and an occupied eagles nest.  If you click on the picture you'll be able to make out the two Bald Eagles in the nest.  I didn't see the eagles until I was posting this.

A batch of buffleheads--always looking around.

Old, But Still Standing
One of the few buildings still standing in the
Shaker Indian fishing village near The Dalles Dam.

Late Afternoon At The Dalles Dam
I am always amazed by the beauty of this spot.
In the late afternoon sun, both the Shaker Indian
fishing village and the dam that took away the Celilo Falls
fishing sites seem to go together very well.  The glowing hills
on the Washington side are a perfect complement for the sky.
