Sorry to hear of the flu - It is a bloody nuisance and no country is immune from this disease.
I have travelled by car across Nevada - actually down from Oregon and although the countryside does look a bit similar, the Nullarbor in Australia is vastly different. And thankfully we don't have a Las Vegas - terrible, over-rated city.
The two coots look great but here in Australia - "coot" is a derogatory word. Means you are an untrusty idiot, so if you ever visit be careful with that word - ha ha. Could result in fisticuffs.

Bad flu puts people to bed, temperature, night sweats and so on. Not at all nice.
