From the top of the Goodnoe Hills, looking South toward the Columbia River Nearly 2000 feet below. Can you imagine operating farm equipment on those hillsides!

Such a harsh landscape in late autumn. No doubt windswept in Winter. Hopefully green in spring.

No, cannot imagine farming those hill sides...but what a wonderful view they make.

I can imagine that my husband could have. When he got on tractor of any kind he was like a transformer. He became part of the machine and could tackle any hills and vales.

Lovely landscape photo. Some land, like this, should never see farm machinery. Looks like grazing land to me, but then what do I know?
