Revisiting favorite places # 26: I'm sad to say that we can only revisit the Nelson House near Dufur, Oregon, in pictures. It had been one of the most photographed abandoned houses in the northwest before it burned to the ground in a wildfire in 2018. We were lucky to see it a few times on various trips before that.

Ahora para recordarla, queda solamente las fotografías. Es un testimonio gráfico muy valioso.
Un abrazo.

It's gone, but preserved in your photo forever.

Bill, this house is a wonderful subject for your photo. Good thing you have the photo in your archives as this house would not have lasted too much longer even if it hadn't burned down.

A fantastic place, what a shame it burned down.
Your photo is amazing.
