The covered path...

The fires are still burning in Eastern Washington.  We are not in harm's way, but this past weekend's weather condition blanketed the western part of the state with very thick smoke.  The weather returned to normal Monday, and the smoke blew back to the east.  We were glad to get out of the house again.

Hoping for rain soon here and in your area. I see in our forecast supposed to start raining on Friday for four days. I will believe it when I see it. Gorgeous image, Bill!

Thankfully the fires have subsided now. I know how those can be since we live near mountain forests. Fires just burst out and you don't know if and how it's going to spread. Luckily you and Laura can enjoy your nature walks again.

Boa tarde, Bill! isso dos incêndios é que é pior, a foto revela na perfeição a natureza sujeita aos incêndios.
Tudo vai dar certo amigo! fique bem.

I hear the almost birds singing. ;-)

Beautiful lush nature. There is no drought suffered.
