Mud, mud, glorious mud - there is nothing quite like it for cooling the blood.
The skunk cabbage is beautiful too.

So lovely, and so stinky. Great contrast between the old and the new! ♥

Despite its name, it has its beauty.

Fine use of light and shadow to highlight the unappealingly named plant. Might not smell good, but it sure looks great.

Unfortunate name for a beautiful plant (and a great photo!). Enjoy your weekend.

Photo is nice. First time I've heard of that plant - and read about it, it's not a good one for sure but it does look ok.

The contrast of the green with the dry branches makes this photo incredibly beautiful.

I have not heard of a skunk cabbage. By the name I am gathering it is probably not so lovely to smell as it looks.
