In the hills above the Columbia River, the Dalles Mountain Ranch, in operation since 1866 and a part of Washington's Columbia Hills State Park for about 25 years.

Bill, love the composition of this photo. It looks like a fine painting. A similar scene might be found in the western part of SD, major ranch country.
