There are countless dramatic views along the river. West of Maryhill on the Washington side of the Columbia River, as we get closer to the town of Wishram, this is the west portal of BNSF's Tunnel #12. Usually about 35 trains a day roll through.

Hello Bill,
Nice picture!!
A beautiful valley. This can be so suitable for a western movie.

Greetings, Marco

Another great landscape. With that many trains, you shouldn't have to wait long for one to come along.

You are right about the drama. High drama (pun intended).

The tunnel is so insignificant in this dramatic landscape.
