There comes a time when the soft autumn light shifts to more winter-like hard edge. I hate to lose the bright fall colors, but it sometimes happens quickly.

Catching up again - 3 spectacular images. My eyes are drawn to the moon in this one. Hard to imagine the miserable weather arriving!
We are really having cooler temps, and even had a skim of snow yesterday.

The colour are lovely. There has been snow, mind you up in the highlands, all gone now and we are not far away from the beginning of summer.
I hope the wind and rain did not eventuate.
