One of my favorite subjects: the amazing landscapes along the Columbia River. This one is across the river from The Dalles, Oregon, looking east, mostly along the Washington side. The blackened hills are the result of a wildfire.

Los incendios son devastadores y muy alo para la conservación de especies vegetales.

El río tiene un buen caudal de agua y hace un hermoso paisaje junto con esas colinas.

I am always in awe of the Columbia River. One very life-giving stream!
We call them bushfires but this one must really have been a huge
wildfire'!

This view is breathtaking as it can be, The tree is unusually arching over like a wailing sail. Love it!

Lovely scene but that bush fire was rather large it seems by the photo.
