Looking like some ancient artifact, this abandoned half-viaduct was part of the Ocean Beach Highway on the Columbia River. It was built close to 100 years ago and abandoned about 40 years later. Even as a child I always loved seeing bits and pieces of "the old road" whenever we traveled.

Ya es inseguro pasar por él. Me imagino que al ser abandonado, es porque construyeron uno mucho mejor.

That is one amazing sight to see. Looks like it will still be standing in another 100 years.

Amazing pieces of the old road still exist. This looks a bit like a Roman ruin.
