And on this sunny afternoon, our favorite tree stands proudly along the wetlands path. It's always a bit late with leaves-- It will begin popping in April, but it won't really be in its glory until May. We're glad to see it in any season.

I do love trees. When I was in Antarctica I suffered badly from tree deprivation.

As the trees begin to show their leaves - the promise of another season of life happens. It will be a. couple of weeks before we even see the buds here but - I do believe that will happen!! Thanks for bring HOPE to my day.
