About 50 miles from the Pacific Ocean on the Columbia River, a hungry Sea Lion is headed inland looking for goodies...

Perhaps this Sealion is hoping to find a Salmon. Always good to see a Sealion.

I haven't beewn down to the docks in Astoria for awhile, that often were so heavily laden in sea lions, looked like they'd collapse. I love hearing them. Their noisy colonies are the sounds of the sea and the wild.
