No-- It's part of an old warehouse in the tiny town of Winlock, Washington. It's well over 100 years old and has sat unused for decades.

Wow, it does look like it coukd be any of those you named.
That is a wall built to last. Unfortunately it has out lasted the reason it was built. It does have a patina of age making it a great photo subject.
