France? Italy? No, it's Maryhill, Washington, next to the Columbia River. It's just about a mile east of the Maryhill Winery. Lots of fruit comes from the "dry" side of the mountains.

That is a fine looking vineyard, except for that one yellow vine. This scene looks like it could be somewhere in Europe. Vineyards are struggling these days as Americans are drinking less wine.
The dry side, have not visited the dry side in so long. The valley though can be so beautiful I think it looks like the Shire in Lord of the Rings, or maybe Ireland.

There is a place in Glasgow called Maryhill. It is nothing like this! Have a look and see! Lots of old buildings though!
