Fine looking Foxglove, but it is terrible that someone cut down this tree and then just left it to rot. Why destroy the forest that way?

Nature always finds a way to rewrite the landscape. The old giants have fallen, but these beautiful, resilient flowers stand proudly.
Beautiful next to the browns of the old cut stumps and logs and the popping spring green grass.
