It's just an ordinary moth, no bigger than a 25 cent coin, resting on the side of our house. But look at those wings! They're like feathers on an exotic bird. I didn't have my camera handy so took this picture with my iPhone!
While butterflies with their bright, flashy colors get all the attention, moths like this one prove that there is a beautiful elegance in these creatures too.
